About Clear Change Group Business and Leadership Coaching

Christine Palen, Business Coach, Consultant and Speaker

Christine Palen, Business Coach, Consultant and SpeakerChristine Palen brings more than twenty years experience as a business consultant, coach, and speaker to the Clear Change Group.  She specializes in time management, work-life balance, and creating efficient and effective office systems.  She has a successful track record of helping her clients get and stay organized and become consistently more focused and productive.

Christine graduated from UCLA with honors and completed her post-graduate training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  At age 22, she launched her entrepreneurial business, Chaos Control®, and immediately immersed herself in the professional organizing industry and became a leader in this field.

Her love for teaching and training propelled her into the speaking profession.  She is frequently seen at the front of the room inspiring her audiences to create balance through personal productivity and streamlined workflow systems.  Her interactive presentations such as “Office Organization: From Chaos to Control,” “The Move to Mobile,” and “Simplify Your Life” have been in demand for over fifteen years.

As often as you find Christine at the front of the room, you will also see her up close and personal with her client’s calendar and task list in view or with her hands diving into those towering stacks of paper and piles of files.  Decision-making is just easier when she is by your side.

From corporations to universities and from offices to individuals, Christine customizes her work to meet her clients’ needs in this age of multi-screen distractions, endless multi-tasking, and pressing deadlines.  Watching her clients work through the chaos and achieve their goals is a source of continual inspiration.

Christine’s passion is travel.  She is an around-the-world traveler who jumps at the chance to use her passport and calls the San Francisco Bay Area her home as long as she knows where the nearest airport is.
